With the 150 day campaign period that started on Jan 10, 2022, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has suspended all firearms licenses and permits during this period. Since 2004, COMELEC's Law Department has recorded a total of 120 gun ban violations based on complaints filed. The dataset shows a breakdown of these complaints.
